    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

    2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return shipping address and any specific packaging instructions.

    3. Ship Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer pays shipping unless otherwise stated).

    4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    4. Refunds

    • Refunds are issued for the item price only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

    5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

  • You will receive a tracking number through the email you provide at time of check out once your product has been shipped.
