Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
3. How to Return
Use the contact form on the website to initiate your return. Include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Instructions: We’ll provide a return shipping address and any specific packaging instructions.
Ship Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer pays shipping unless otherwise stated).
Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued for the item price only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement.
